That is 4 inches of closed-cell on the walls and 5 inches on the ceiling. Open-cell foam is cheaper but it absorbs moisture and you do not want moisture against bare steel because that is exactly where condensation rust starts.

The other reason closed-cell foam wins here is vapour barrier. Closed-cell foam at 2 inches or more is its own vapour barrier. No poly sheeting, no taped seams, no condensation between layers. The foam bonds to the steel, seals every corrugation, and stops the dew point from landing on a cold metal surface where rust would otherwise eat the container from the inside.

Plan for the foam install before you cut any holes for windows, doors, vents, the chimney, or the propane line. Cut first, foam second, finish the cuts with metal flashing third.
