Mobile office trailers in the industry typically run 220 V single-phase 100 A service, and the same logic applies to container offices that are essentially fixed mobile offices on a permanent footing.

A 40ft container divided into a meeting room plus open work area usually wants two mini-splits. Two 12,000-BTU outdoor units run about 3,600 W continuous, plus the air handlers inside. That alone is 15 amps of continuous draw before you turn on a single laptop. Stack that with the rest of an office load and 60A starts feeling cramped.
Kitchenette With Real Appliances
A small fridge, a microwave over the counter, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster oven, and a dishwasher in a fitout aimed at long-term occupancy. The reality is rigid PVC conduit, glued and supported at code-required intervals, with a sweep into the building wall. 1-inch PVC on 60A, 1.25-inch on 100A, and the bigger sizes for higher amperages. If the run is exposed to vehicle traffic or heavy equipment, EMT or galvanized rigid metal conduit replaces PVC in those sections.
